We are looking for a Strategy & Operations Intern who is driven, organized, and resourceful to join our team. The intern will have the opportunity to work directly with the founders, gaining hands-on experience across business strategy, operations, and project management, as well as a front-row seat to leadership decision-making processes.Roles and Responsibilities
- Strategic Analysis & Research
- Conduct detailed competitor analysis and structure insightful and actionable recommendations on our competitor’s positioning, product development, and how they onboard users
- Conduct market research, competitor benchmarking, and industry analysis to inform key decisions.
- Analyze data to uncover trends, identify challenges, and propose actionable insights.
- Internal and External Stakeholder Communication
- Participate in high-level meetings, take notes, and contribute to ideation sessions.
- Crafting presentations, proposals, and communication materials for internal and external stakeholders.
- Design visually appealing, professional, and concise slides to effectively communicate complex ideas and strategies.
- Operational Efficiency
- Assist in streamlining internal processes and identifying opportunities for optimization.
- Build reports and dashboards to monitor key operational metrics.
- Undergraduate student
- Able to commit part-time for at least three days a week or full-time for the internship
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Meticulous and analytical thinker
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a passion for excellence
