Responsibilities

Handle Product and Technical details of Payment system, connect with users and customer service personnel directly
Provide solution via online consultation for customer complaints related to Product/Technical knowledge from the Customer Service team
Be a bridge between Customer Service and Product/Technical personnel to provide Technical and Product related solutions
Categorize and summarize online problems, accumulate knowledge base, and deal with Users directly
Coordinate and deal with online accidents, review online accidents, and track/propose follow-up improvement plans

Requirements

Bachelor Degree or above - Major in Computer, Software Development or related
Equipped with coding knowledge (Java OR Python OR Rest OR C++) and SQL writing ability, able to solve online problems independently
Strong language skills, good communication and coordination skill
Strong Customer Service awareness
For Smart Contracts, Blockchain background is preferred
