Responsibilities
- Handle Product and Technical details of Payment system, connect with users and customer service personnel directly
- Provide solution via online consultation for customer complaints related to Product/Technical knowledge from the Customer Service team
- Be a bridge between Customer Service and Product/Technical personnel to provide Technical and Product related solutions
- Categorize and summarize online problems, accumulate knowledge base, and deal with Users directly
- Coordinate and deal with online accidents, review online accidents, and track/propose follow-up improvement plans
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree or above - Major in Computer, Software Development or related
- Equipped with coding knowledge (Java OR Python OR Rest OR C++) and SQL writing ability, able to solve online problems independently
- Strong language skills, good communication and coordination skill
- Strong Customer Service awareness
- For Smart Contracts, Blockchain background is preferred
