What We’re Looking For
- A strong portfolio showcasing fintech, crypto, or Web3 product design.
- Mastery of mobile-first and responsive design principles.
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar design tools.
- Experience designing dashboards, user flows, and interactive mobile/web apps.
- Familiarity with design systems and component-based UI frameworks.
- A solid understanding of crypto trading, DeFi, or Web3 (a major plus).
- Strong communication and collaboration skills; ability to work closely with developers (React/NextJS stack).
Your Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end UI/UX design process for web and mobile platforms.
- Design seamless and intuitive experiences for onboarding, dashboards, and trading workflows.
- Create high-fidelity mockups, prototypes, and interactive components.
- Collaborate with developers and product managers to bring designs to life.
- Contribute to and maintain our design system and brand language.
- Continuously optimize UI/UX based on user feedback and usage data.
- Stay up to date with design trends in fintech, crypto, and Web3.
