UI/UX Designer

We are looking for a product driven UI/UX designer to join us and contribute to a true rocketshipproduct, designing intuitive and magical user experiences. 

Here's how you'll be contributing: 

• You will be the person leading our product design. Making beautiful designs that makesuser effort invisible.• Using lateral and critical thinking to design the most intuitive design for each targetaudience• Understanding and pre-empting user needs to create *magical* experiences• Conduct and document user research for product iteration plans based on user needsand data• Work with our diverse cross functional team to ensure the quality of design isimplemented to specifications and aligned to business strategy, brand and content• Deliver user-friendly and visually rich designs for our brand• Identify gaps in the product design to drive continuous improvement through regulardesign reviews

Requirements:• At least 3 years of relevant experience in UX and UI• A strong team player who can collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholdersto understand requirements and propose solutions• Proven track record of independent work on larger features and solutions• Good visual styles with ability to create aesthetically pleasing solutions within the brandand product constraints• Experience in creating designs for both mobile and web• Proficient in tools like Figma, Photoshop etc.
