Vendor Management Associate

We’re looking to diversify our team with people who are humble, creative, and eager to learn.We are a remote friendly, global team, but provide the option of working in-office in San Francisco, New York City, Indianapolis, Sioux Falls, Porto, and Singapore.The Vendor Management Associate fulfilling this role is responsible for reviewing and assessment of key and critical vendors and third parties supporting Anchor Labs.

As a Vendor Management Associate, you will:

• Manage the assessment process for Anchor Labs vendors. 
• Collaborate across the organization to document and identify risk mitigation measures associated with third parties. 
• Generate summaries, reports, and governance documentation associated with the Vendor Management Program. 
• Contribute to Policies and Procedures of the organization.

• A desire to collaborate with external resources and across the Anchorage organization
• Curiosity that drives you to understand the wider picture while maintaining an high level of detail retention
• The ability to become an expert on a Third Party - the risks and services offered
• Analytical skills with the ability to assess a wide range of topics
• Previous vendor management experience

Although not a requirement, bonus points if:

• You have a background with OCC or other Financial Institution environments
• You were emotionally moved by the soundtrack to Hamilton, which chronicles the founding of a new financial system. :)
