As a Web Developer you will be expected to:
- Follow internal coding practices to deliver high-quality code
- Be honest and open about your work and eager to learn new concepts
- Have a say in scoping and planning projects
- Take ownership of developing website from start to finish
- Contribute to our documentation and processes to help drive the whole company
- Monitor and optimise our Web Speed
- Exploration of new ideas to further improve UX
- Discovery of plugins and APIs to further add value to the overall admin and user experience
Skills & experience:
- 3+ years’ experience within Digital Design/Graphic Design.
- Strong understanding of HTML/CSS
- Working knowledge of Javascript & PHP
- Design mobile-based features (responsive design)
- Experience with Webflow and Wordpress.
- Familiarity with browser testing and debugging
- Knowledge of technical SEO best practices
- Excellent knowledge of cross-browser compatibility
- Working knowledge in domain management
- Proven work experience as a Front-end developer
- Good knowledge of latest software and technologies, including; Adobe, In-Design, Photoshop, etc.
