Web3 BD / Crypto Sales Manager (Presale Focus)

BLON is the utility token of the upcoming BLONEX exchange platform. We are currently running a multi-stage presale campaign and have already generated over $300,000 in real offline presale sales.

Now we are looking for experienced Web3 BD professionals who can help us expand online sales and build global community-driven growth.

This is NOT a typical “marketing” position.

We are specifically looking for people who can:

• Generate real presale sales
• Build Telegram/X communities
• Bring KOLs, leaders, and investors
• Expand referral/team networks
• Connect with crypto communities globally
• Drive measurable revenue growth

If you already have:

• Crypto investor communities
• Telegram networks
• KOL connections
• Raider/community teams
• Regional crypto leaders
• Existing Web3 traffic channels

then this role is for you.

Responsibilities

• Generate online presale sales
• Build and manage crypto communities
• Recruit KOLs, ambassadors, and regional leaders
• Create partnership opportunities
• Drive Telegram/X engagement and conversion
• Develop scalable referral/community growth strategies

Requirements

• Previous experience in Web3/Crypto BD, Growth, or Community
• Strong Telegram/X network
• Understanding of crypto presales and community-driven growth
• Ability to independently source and close opportunities
• English communication skills
• Self-driven and result-oriented mindset

Preferred:

• Existing crypto investor network
• KOL/Influencer connections
• Experience with presale/IDO/launchpad projects
• Multi-language communities

Compensation

• Base Salary: $400/month ~
• Presale Commission: 10% ~ 30%
• Performance-based bonuses available

The better your performance, the higher your commission structure can become.
