We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Web3 Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The selected candidate will plan, execute, and lead our zone projects from inception to completion.Key Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Oversee all aspects of Web3 project management, including planning, risk management, issue resolution, and reporting. Ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget.
- Team Leadership: Coordinate internal and external teams to drive project success. Promote a collaborative and positive team environment that fosters creativity, innovation, and high performance.
- Stakeholder Communication: Establish and maintain clear lines of communication with all project stakeholders. Provide regular updates and promptly escalate issues when necessary.
- Trend Monitoring: Keep up-to-date with new trends and best practices in the Web3 and broader technology landscape to drive innovation within the company.
- Product Ownership Support: Work closely with product owners to deliver actionable insights and identify key metrics and KPIs.
- Minimum of 3 years of project management experience, preferably in the digital sector.
- Demonstrable understanding of Web3 technologies, and a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest trends.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on collaborative approaches.
- Proactive and flexible attitude, with an entrepreneurial spirit and a taste for teamwork.
- Curiosity and creativity, with a dynamic approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work autonomously and take initiative.
- English language proficiency is required.
- Experience working in an agile development environment.
