We are looking for an experienced regional sales executive with a proven track record of growth in the crypto custody/wallets/software industry. You’ll join a globally distributed sales team and own the entire Europe, Africa, and Middle East regions. Fordefi has raised $28M in seed funding from tier one VCs: Lightspeed Ventures, Electric Capital, Pantera, and Castle Island.

We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Web3 Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The selected candidate will plan, execute, and lead our zone projects from inception to completion.Key Responsibilities:
<ol>
<li>Project Management: Oversee all aspects of Web3 project management, including planning, risk management, issue resolution, and reporting. Ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget.</li>
<li>Team Leadership: Coordinate internal and external teams to drive project success. Promote a collaborative and positive team environment that fosters creativity, innovation, and high performance.</li>
<li>Stakeholder Communication: Establish and maintain clear lines of communication with all project stakeholders. Provide regular updates and promptly escalate issues when necessary.</li>
<li>Trend Monitoring: Keep up-to-date with new trends and best practices in the Web3 and broader technology landscape to drive innovation within the company.</li>
<li>Product Ownership Support: Work closely with product owners to deliver actionable insights and identify key metrics and KPIs.</li>
</ol>
Key Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Minimum of 3 years of project management experience, preferably in the digital sector.</li>
<li>Demonstrable understanding of Web3 technologies, and a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest trends.</li>
<li>Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on collaborative approaches.</li>
<li>Proactive and flexible attitude, with an entrepreneurial spirit and a taste for teamwork.</li>
<li>Curiosity and creativity, with a dynamic approach to problem-solving.</li>
<li>Ability to work autonomously and take initiative.</li>
<li>English language proficiency is required.</li>
</ul>

Job Description:
As a Community Manager Intern/Apprentice at our company, you will be responsible for managing our community on platforms such as Twitter and Discord. The primary goal is to foster a positive and engaging environment for our members and followers whilst keeping them informed about our initiatives. Proficiency in English and understanding of Web3 technologies is a must for this role.
Key Responsibilities:

Community Engagement: Interact with our community on Twitter and Discord. Respond to comments and queries in a timely manner, and monitor customer reviews.
</li>
<li>
Content Creation: Generate, edit, publish, and share engaging content daily (e.g., original text, photos, videos, and news). Organize regular community events and initiatives to keep members engaged and informed.
</li>
<li>
Community Growth: Implement strategies to grow and expand our community on Twitter and Discord platforms. This may include partnerships, promotions, or collaborations.
</li>
<li>
Community Moderation: Oversee and control the conversation within the community to ensure guidelines and rules are adhered to. Manage conflicts and handle community disputes diplomatically.

Feedback Analysis: Monitor and report on feedback and online reviews from the community. Liaise with the team to ensure community feedback is acknowledged and considered in our products/services development.

Web3 Ecosystem Understanding: Utilize understanding of Web3 technologies to guide, educate, and inform our community. Provide updates and news about the impact of the Web3 ecosystem on our projects.

Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze the success of community engagement (e.g., return on investment and member acquisition), using community engagement tools, social media marketing tools, and Google Analytics.

As an intern/apprentice, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our team, learning from experienced community managers while making a significant contribution to our online community.
Education:
A degree in Communication, English, Marketing, or a related field is desirable but not mandatory. We highly value real-world experience and on-the-job learning.
