Web3 Senior Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Web3 Senior Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will continue to design and develop our exchange from MVP and beyond while adhering to the best practices of software development.

Responsibilities:

• Use modern web technologies like React and next.js to design and develop frontend interfaces that are responsive and user-friendly.
• Help design and integrate backend components, web frontends and smart contracts running on an Ethereum-based blockchain or Layer 2.
• Integrate frontend and backend components using Web3.js and other blockchain libraries.
• Deploy applications to various environments like staging and production, using tools such as Docker and Kubernetes, ensuring they are highly available and fault-tolerant.
• Maintain clear and up-to-date documentation, including technical specifications.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in the Ethereum blockchain and web ecosystems, and provide guidance and recommendations to the development team.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to the development of our development processes and best practices.

Requirements - To be considered for the Web3 Senior Engineer position, you must:

• Have at least 5 years proven experience in full-stack web development. Strong skillset in frontend UI/UX development is a plus.
• Be proficient in frontend development technologies like React, Vue, or next.js, as well as backend development technologies, such as Node.js, Python, or Ruby.
• Have experience with developing RESTful APIs, integrating with third-party APIs, and implementing security measures to protect against common web application security threats.
• Possess in-depth knowledge of Ethereum blockchain technology and related concepts, such as smart contracts, gas, wallets, and nodes.
• Have strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think creatively and strategically to identify and address development issues.
• Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a multicultural English-speaking work environment.
• Bangkok-located candidates are preferred for our hybrid work model, but qualified remote candidates will be considered.
