With a growing team based across Europe, we’re looking for a Lisbon-based Web3-native content professional to own our voice online.

Role Overview

We’re hiring a creative and sharp Social Media Writer & Content Manager to drive our content strategy and brand presence across all social platforms. You’ll be responsible for writing engaging copy, building content pipelines, and translating Web3 ideas into language and formats that resonate with real communities.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and manage content calendars for Lunar Strategy’s brand and select clients across platforms (X/Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, Telegram, Farcaster, Threads, etc.).
• Write short-form content including tweets, threads, memes, carousels, captions, and more—tailored for each platform and audience.
• Turn internal strategy and client briefs into day-to-day publishing plans.
• Maintain a consistent tone of voice across all channels, aligned with Web3-native culture.
• Monitor content performance and trends; adjust tone, topics, and formats accordingly.
• Occasionally write blog posts or longer-form copy when needed.

Requirements

• Must be based in Lisbon or planning to relocate.
• 2+ years of writing experience in the Web3 or crypto space (either agency or in-house).
• Strong grasp of Web3 narratives: DeFi, NFTs, Layer 2s, DAOs, memecoins, etc.
• Demonstrated ability to grow and engage social media accounts—ideally with proof of work.
• Native or fluent English speaker with concise, culturally-aware writing style.
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple content streams simultaneously.

Nice to Have

• Basic design skills to create simple, clean visuals.
• Experience writing for founders, executives, or technical audiences.
