Web3 UI/UX Designer

Responsibilities

• 5+ years of experience building and delivering multiple features, especially experience in DeFi mobile and desktop product experience design. 
• Understand user needs within the DeFi/blockchain space, 5+ years of UX design experience with knowledge to define how an experience should behave based on understanding people's needs, plus consideration of how this product will scale.
• Proficiency in typography, UI, color, layout, iconography and aesthetic sense and how these elements impact product function, ability to ensure timely project completion.
• Strategic product thinking with experience in developing product goals, identifying opportunities, and making decisions based on the impact to people and the company.

Requirements

• Have a strong interest and passion in DeFi or blockchain, with proven project experience in these areas.
• User focused, experience in fast-paced environments with highly sensitive to details based en user sense.
• Have a keen sense of trends and user needs in DeFi and Blockchain, with the agility to respond quickly to market shifts.
• Outstanding communication skills and problem-solving abilities, can effectively collaborate with different departments within the team. 
• Professional experience in UX and animation design, good sense of logic.
