Responsibilities:

Prepare and submit documents for regulatory approval of new tokens, products, and services.
Work closely with the tech team to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring the platform's stability and reliability.
Coordinate with the KYC team to ensure customer verification processes are efficient, compliant, and user-friendly.
Collaborate with the wallet/clearing/ treasury teams to manage transactions, settlements, and liquidity management effectively.
Partner with the marketing team to launch promotional campaigns and new product offerings.
Serve as the primary point of contact for new KYB-users throughout the onboarding process.
Guide corporate users through the account setup process and work closely with the internal KYB and compliance teams.

Requirements:

Currently pursuing or a fresh graduate from disciplines such as Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, or other relevant fields.
Proven ability to connect and work collaboratively with multiple teams to address operational requirements and tackle complex issues.
Strong ethical standards and integrity, with dedication and passion for the organization.
Capacity to work both independently and collaboratively, often under minimal supervision.
Strong research and writing skills, attention to detail, and analytical aptitude.
Fluency in English.
Experience in marketing campaigns or leading projects would be a plus.
