Earn Operations- Structured Products & Compliance

Responsibilities

• Assist the Earn team with Structured Products operation – ranging from Growth, Compliance, Risk and Legal perspective.
• Manage the Compliance and Legal strategy and operations of Structured Products and other Earn Products.
• Manage and work on new Structured Products, onboarding agreements, novation agreements and other adhoc requests of Market Makers.
• Cooperate with cross functional teams (product, marketing, CS, KOL affiliate) in order to maintain smooth product operation.
• Monitor and resolve Earn product issues by coordinating with internal and external stakeholders. 
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve given KPI
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of marketing campaigns and product growth through data analysis and user feedback.
• Work with VIP and institutional clients and onboard more institutional clients onto Structured Products.
• Well known each DeFi options & derivative protocols and competitor’s structured products.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Structured Products - product operations, product management, Compliance, Legal and Risk operations in the crypto or traditional finance space.
• Solid understanding of Binance and competitors’ Structured Products and Services, have strong understanding of cryptocurrency / blockchain-related terminologies, trends, options & derivatives protocols.
• Great logical thinking ability, communication skills, self-driven, and quick-learner
• Multi-skilled, fast-learner, problem solver, analytical, hard-working.
• Driven and strategic mindset with strong documentation and writing skills.
• Work with market promotion and brand promotion through marketing materials and marketing activities.
