The Role:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Executive Assistant to support our senior management team.The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of the WEB3 space and Crypto concepts in general, along with exceptional organizational, communication, and administrative skills.This role requires a high level of discretion, professionalism, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, innovative and remote environment
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive support to senior executives, including calendar management, email correspondence and general organization to ensure efficient operation of the leadership team.
- Tasks such as Canva presentations, spreadsheets, google docs, typeforms, research, and some other miscellaneous tasks that will require knowledge of the Crypto space.
- Act as a liaison between the executive team and internal/external stakeholders.
- Coordinate and prepare for meetings, including agenda preparation, and keeping on track of pending urgent tasks.
- Stay on top of the latest developments in WEB3/ Tech and crypto space to provide insightful support to the executive team.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably in the WEB3 space and strong understanding of space itself.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and comfortable learning new software and technologies, tech savvy is a MUST.
