What we expect from youĀ
- Plan & execute a successful launch of Terrace and reach trading volume and userbase goals. This will include engaging with ct and kol folks for beta and beyond.
- Continuously grow userbase, engagement, and visibility Terrace leveraging your existing knowledge and network in and outside DeFiĀ
- Lead all socil
- Translate our technical innovation into practical, shareable communication and ensure that our target users are aware and excited about our new product
- Shape the narrative and be the public ambassador for the new product - online and on stage
What you have to offer
- You have at least a few years of experience working in a similar role in Defi and have delivered impressive growth results
- You are data-driven, knowledgeable of tracking tools and used to setting and reaching ambitious targets
- You have a large network and good reputation in DeFiĀ
- You have experience building and maintaining relationships with key customers and partners
- You have experience leading small teams but donāt shy away from being hands-on
- You are eloquent and fluent in English (oral and written)
- You are an active on-chain trader - the more degen the better.

Job ProfileĀ
