• Maintain accurate candidate information and sourcing activity in the ATS.
• Continuously experiment with new sourcing tools, platforms, communities, and techniques to improve hiring outcomes.
• Build long-term relationships with high-quality candidates, even when there is no immediate opening.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in recruiting, executive search, talent sourcing, or headhunting, preferably in a high-growth or technology environment.
• Strong experience sourcing passive candidates for difficult-to-fill roles.
• Proven ability to identify and engage talent through LinkedIn and other creative sourcing channels.
• Strong understanding of Boolean search, X-ray search, talent mapping, and advanced sourcing techniques.
• Excellent research skills and the ability to identify talent beyond obvious candidate pools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, particularly for candidate outreach and engagement.
• Ability to understand technical or specialized roles and translate hiring requirements into effective sourcing strategies.
• Comfortable working with hiring managers and challenging candidate profiles to build targeted search strategies.
• Data-driven approach with an understanding of sourcing and funnel metrics.
• Highly persistent, resourceful, and comfortable working on roles where the talent pool is limited.

Good to Have

• Experience hiring for Engineering, Product, Data, Security, Compliance, or other specialized technology roles.
• Experience working in startups, high-growth companies, or fast-paced environments.
• Exposure to executive search or senior-level hiring.
• Experience with sourcing tools, talent intelligence platforms, or recruiting automation/AI tools.

What Success Looks Like

• Strong pipelines built for hard-to-fill roles.
• High-quality passive candidates consistently entering the hiring funnel.
