DescriptionJoin our DevOps groupAs a cloud services team leader, you will lead our DevOps production team and be responsible for the day-to-day operations and automation of our Saas environments.You will be <ul><li>Overseeing software upgrades, patches, and system maintenance to ensure optimal performance, cost and operation</li><li>Develop and implement automation solutions to streamline operational tasks and improve efficiency.</li><li>Lead the incident response efforts, ensuring rapid resolution of issues and minimizing downtime.</li><li>Establish and maintain robust observability capabilities for SaaS environments.</li><li>Promote and enforce best practices to ensure our strict SLA and Uptime requirements.</li></ul>This role involves interacting with many people at StarkWare (especially all our engineering and DevOps teams). RequirementsThe right candidate:<ul><li>Has at least 5 years of experience in cloud environments, including DevOps experience.</li><li>Has at least 2 years of experience in managing a team</li><li>Is experienced with cloud platforms (preference for GCP and AWS)</li><li>Has customer-facing expertise and excellent communication skills</li><li>Is familiar with Kubernetes, Docker, or similar container technologies</li><li>Well-versed in the Linux operating system.</li><li>Is curious by nature and a quick learner</li></ul>Ideally experienced with:<ul><li>Has an academic degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent.</li><li>Monitoring / Alerting Infrastructure (Kibana, Graphana, Prometheus, OpsGenie etc)</li><li>NoSQL data store (AeroSpike, Redis, RedShift, etc.)</li><li>Working in a startup environment</li><li>Blockchain technologies and applications</li></ul>
