I was responsible for implementing and measuring the efficacy of HL (Healthy Lifestyles) at the PHC (Primary Health Care) level; identifying present challenges, proposing viable evidence-based interventions, and advocating HL (Healthy lifestyle) practices amongst the general public, involving all kinds of contagions and an agnostic level of planning that could most assuredly secure the triumph of the publicly instituted department in question (i.e. Ministry of Health) over events that can be characterized as "Black Swan" - unpredictable and catastrophic.

I am highly skilled in process improvements which I have highlighted in my curriculum vitae. I have worked for Amazon and was appointed Kaizen and Gemba team representative where I was placed in charge of investigating process flaws and highlighting improvements.
I then left Amazon to run the finance function of a medium sized locksmith company reporting to the managing director and the invoicing clerk reporting to me. The business had no internal controls and in addition to the financial reporting I had to develop and implement a complete system of control for all the functions of the entity. I thoroughly enjoyed this role however due to the Covid-19 pandemic I was retrenched and the finance function was outsourced.
I then went back into the BPO industry where I started as a webchat advisor at Webhelp on the Yodel campaign on a contract basis. The operations manager saw my potential and promoted me to social media and complaints advisor after a month on chats. I then worked with my manager and the operations managers to improve the systems and processes of the campaign as there were many flaws.
The business then offered me a permanent position as a technical support analyst on the Sage campaign. In this role I worked with the developers of Sage 50 Cloud Canada to improve their software and make it more user friendly using my accounting background. This was in addition to assisting customers with technical queries.

Due to lack of growth opportunities within the business. I decided to start my own cryptocurrency mining company as I had been mining in my personal capacity since 2016 and partially funded my studies using that income. My business model is to mine for myself and others who do not want to do it themselves.
I am very passionate about cryptocurrency as I believe it is the currency of the future. I admit that I stopped using Luno due to the fee structure and started using VALR. However this is where I can engage with Luno to become a better alternative than VALR which is one of Luno's main competitors. However I am well versed in both applications.
Why I want to be in this role is because I would like to be a part of the cryptocurrency industry beyond only my company. I am also planning to study for my masters degree in accounting through the University of Illinois and do not want to sell my crypto to fund my studies once again as I believe in holding it as a long term investment.

Good day! I heard you're hiring for a community manager position and I was hoping to apply. I admit that I am a newbie in this industry but I have basic knowledge of crypto already. I also have experience in social media management since I handle most of our previous business accounts on Facebook. And as a plus, I also know Zendesk since I am working in content moderation in the BPO industry. Zendesk is one of the tools we are using. I also have marketing and mass communication background since those are the courses I took in college.
As a consumer, I know that social media isn't just about making engagements such as in chat or reacts or likes. What matters is that your grievances can be heard and understood. The important thing here is that a relationship must be formed between the company and the consumer. A community manager should be someone who understands from a consumer's standpoint so they will be represented. I understand this task and I hope I can perform well being a mediator that ensures safety for everyone in the community.
I also have several DeFi assets. I know I am a novice but as much as possible I try to study and put investments in several assets that I trust to be profitable in the future.
