In 2016 I extinguished a small electrical fire in my dorm room. In doing so I learned that an S7 Antminer needed to be cleaned at least once every nine months. In the years since my studies and interests have brought me to international IT consulting. In the wake of the pandemic the international aspect has become less enticing and I have opted out of a job with Allianz in Munich to pursue blockchain and crypto in the US. In the past months, I have attended the MIT Bitcoin Conference, Bitcoin 2021 Miami, the B Word, and engaging with the Minneapolis Bitcoin community. I have also begun courses at Cornell University to receive my certificate in Blockchain Essentials.
I have been in cryptocurrency space since 2019.I made my first investment on 25th June of that same year. In 2021,I have also invested in shib and in less than a month, the crypto market moved well and I made a profit I couldn't imagined I can make.

I am a business experimenter, tech futurist, anti-conformist and passionate about the joy of progress.
I gained my business smarts from the world outside of a classroom, trusting intuition and a hands-on curriculum. Since 2008, I had been a natural businessman.
► I am active in many projects as an advisor and investor in an ever-growing portfolio of businesses and recently my main focus is the crypto-world.
► I possess strong analytical skills and I am well known for financial cryptomarkets' informative analysis.
► I am an active content creator, enjoying writing about cryptos, DeFi, fintech, and gameFi.
► Τhe last two years, I am an active crypto-investor. I got lucky in some cases and made plenty of mistakes along the way. All in all, though, I learned a lot.
► My current focus is researching and identifying small, micro, or nano-cap altcoins which have the potential to be ranked within the Top 100 cryptos and provide anywhere between 100x-1,000x return.
► At the age of 27, I launched my first business venture, by starting ‘By Nature’, which operated in the field of plant-based cosmetics. In 2015 I choose to leave the cosmetics field aside and move towards a new field. Through this activity, I accumulated knowledge and expertise on international trade, growth and expansion, sales and exports, market introduction, as well as franchise chain management.
► I also own a handful of dead startups on my “trophy room”.
► From August 2015 until May 2018 I was proudly fully dedicated myself to Intrideo, leading the concept from day one as a startup CEO. For those tuned in, reality split in half during a speech two weeks ago in Miami. A portion of the global audience witnessed what could’ve doubled as an NGO project impact presentation, complete with the requisite emotion (albeit with added expletives). Jack Maller unveiled his company’s progress on bringing Bitcoin to the small Lat Am country, El Salvador, while visibly overwhelmed with emotion for nearly the entire speech. It seemed out of place. Unless you were a part of the 2nd reality.
The source of Jack’s emotion was no mystery. The group understood the project’s impact on global sovereignty, economic equality, & peaceful revolution - in fact, it took everything not to join in with him. The moment represented the primary leak in the dam of centralized control & coercion, silently diffusing into decentralized nodes of power owned by the people. I don’t have kids personally, but the emotion of releasing a child for college seems to be the only applicable analogy. Simultaneous pride for what they’ve accomplished, mixed with a bit of disbelief. But buried deep beneath, sits the creeping fear that they’ve just graduated to the world beyond the full reach of your protection. I wondered, ‘What can my contribution to the Bitcoin revolution be?’
I’m Jordan - an autodidactic, creative technologist who works with solopreneurs, startups, as well as Top 50 companies on architecting scalable, repeatable systems to increase revenue, conversion, & retention throughout the funnel (or flywheel). User research & data-driven experimentation lead to better products, content, & communities - what I’d consider the keys to sustainable, repeatable growth. Upon leaving my last role at New Age, in which I led the Digital Marketing & eCommerce teams, we were able to improve revenue, conversion rate, order value, traffic, & return on ad spend by multiple ranging from 2-10X (detailed on CV)
We largely achieved these results through a combination of growth strategies: generating conversion-driven content, overhauling our digital experience, supplementing organic strategies with paid media & initializing alternative ‘e-tail’ sales channels. Additionally I drove a few independent growth projects to integrate Bitcoin payments, improve the customer post—purchase experience, & develop a brand QR code strategy. The implementation of these projects, however, was only tells part of the story. I consider myself an out-of-the-box strategist, but my commitment to innovative strategies is informed by data, awareness of best practices & current industry trends. Rather than deploy a series of isolated ‘hacks,’ I integrate my skillset into a repeatable framework for sourcing, evaluating & prioritizing growth opportunities. Digital psychology, data-driven experimentation, user research & conversion rate optimization comprise the foundation of the toolbox I use to generate customer learnings. This understanding informs & supports strategic decisions. Developing conversion-focused content was informed & bolstered by user-research signaling under-education around the benefits of the functional ingredients in NewAge’s healthy beverage portfolio. The uncovering of multiple conversion bottlenecks in the digital funnel drove the overhaul of the digital experience. Methodical experimentation maximized reusable learnings, minimizing wasted spend & ensured that the growth experiments with early success were properly supported (“Let your winners run”)
Much of life operates in cycles - business is no different. The coevolution of the digital marketing & traditional (brick & mortar) business brought about a number of new models, strategies & frameworks (omnichannel commerce, solopreneurs, growth hacking, information/digital products, funnel-building, eCommerce, etc). Upon entering the market in 2010, I watched & learned as the previously ‘guerrilla’ strategies of internet marketing & digital business were iterated upon & grew from relevance in indie business circles to becoming best practices within the Fortune 500. Using related frameworks, strategies, & tools - I’ve helped start-up, optimize & scale both independent & venture backed enterprises - leading my last engagement to over 10x growth. Now, new technologies are again driving disruption, creating a landscape fertile with opportunity & impacting digital business much like the internet did traditional business. Bitcoin, crypto & Web3 offer scaffolding for cheap, global, trustless value exchange over the internet. Artificial intelligence, SaaS (software-as-a-service), & conversational commerce all greatly reduce the entry barriers for small business implement personalized marketing & sales techniques previously only possible with an enterprise-level headcount. From this landscape a new class of digital business models have emerged including: ethical (opt-in & privacy-preserving) data & research monetization, subscription models, website flipping, productized services, paid newsletters, etc. I’m most interested in projects & roles that bridge my previous expertise & these forward-looking trends in the future of entrepreneurship.
I’ve had a hard time finding alignment between my professional skills & crypto. Bitcoin certainly has no marketing department. There’s no funnel leading to monthly recurring revenue or repeat customers. The growth is in the nodes, the network, the community. Vanity metrics have no place. How many have you orange-pilled? How many businesses have you onboarded? What percentage of your social circle is off-zero? What are your contributions to education in the space? These are a (less-technical) crypto evangelist's metrics.
Hope this finds you well!

I’m the right fit for this position because in less than two years I have the experience and confidence to own a project's design process and create beautiful and meaningful experiences, something good for the users and profitable for the company. I’ve helped a few companies launch successful digital products like edtech apps and finance apps, and I've worked in web3 and Blockchain since last year. I know I have what it takes to improve your product too. My experience also comes from fashion and photography and that's why I can make each project look attractive to users, paying attention to details that can make the product stand out.
Hello, my name is Eugene. I am a Solidity developer with a little less than a year of experience and a great passion for this field. I am focused on improving my skills every day in order to create secure and optimized smart contracts.
I work in a Rock'n'Block company as a smart contract developer. During the work I wrote variations of contracts for staking, farming, crowdsale, launchpad, etc; covered the code these contracts with autotests and wrote documentation;
I know basic ERCs, how EVM works, basic algorithms (AMM, deflationary tokens).
Hey Co-founders and Hiring Managers!
My name is Damian and I am an experienced NFT + Crypto Community & Social Media Manager as well as a Marketing Specialist with project management experience within startup and large corporate environments.
Having worked as the Community Manager and Marketing Specialist for T0shiverse L4bs, an NFT Incubation and NFT Game Development Firm since August of 2021, I know I can be the Community Manager you need to take Phala Network to the next level.
Marketed and managed the discord community of the Wooshi World project (was as high as 64,000 at peak) and having worked with various influencers and celebrities such as Waka Flocka, Nyjah Houson, William Entriken (one of the ERC standard creators) and more to sell out Wooshi World ($4.5 M USD - sold out in October 2021), the world of community management and marketing is no stranger to me.
I further helped grow the project Multiversal Walkers (reached 100,000+ twitter followers and exclusive 10K club discord on pre-mint) which was a derivative of Invisible Friends, animated by Andre Boyd, the Student of Invisible Friends Creator Motion Markus).
I also community managed and ran the Twitter + Medium for the project @DoadsNFT where I achieved over 1850 real followers in less than 2.5 weeks with a significantly high follower to engagement rate - at zero dollars. I have helped consult for other projects in the NFT space and was also the Marketing Director for Charitas Fund, where I brought in $1.5 Million USD of investment capital from my own network of investors and crypto traders from being a Twitter Influencer in the space myself.
I have written various lore and medium articles on economics, tokenomics as well as Market Outlook and more in both the crypto and stock markets. I brought in over $100,000 USD of investment to the Wooshi World project.
I further possess experience building & revamping discord servers, hosting and featuring AMAs, writing Medium Articles and Lore for different projects, Market Analysis and more. Having come from a former paralegal background for 5+ years, I also have many legal skills that could be of assistance, even if just as an extra.
I look forward to discussing how I could bring more value to your project.
Have a wonderful day and thank you for the opportunity.
Cordially,
-Damian
Hi,
This is a senior React, TypeScript front end developer who has core skills and rich experience in React, TypeScript, HTML, CSS.
Your project reminds me of the past project "Hotmic", which was a worldwide live streaming platform built by React-TypeScript.
In that project, I worked as a front end developer and used HTML, CSS, React, Redux, Redux-saga, Redux-thunk, and TypeScript. I converted the Zeplin design to the pixel-perfect front end element and implemented the elements to the project. You can see the work history of "hotmic" in my profile. ("ReactJS website for event live streaming").
I do like SPA very much and with redux structure, I can make a very solid structure with a clear cycling workflow.
As a senior developer, I have strict principles and eyes on UI/UX implementation and always provide pixel-perfect UI.
I have participated in a wide range of web projects (from small to large scale), and learned how to collaborate with team members, a great attitude in the development process, project management, meet deadlines, and risk management.
I prefer to have a long-term relationship, hope to work with you.
MY ADVANTAGE

- I love to work with foreign people remotely, love to work closely with a senior developer, love to strive to improve the code quality, love to learn from others, and adopt new technologies.
- I'm a good discusser, love to talk with others, have good communication skills.
- I'm a good coder, love coding, love building great features (in my mind) with my own hands, and I am a proven - reliable, honest - man.
MY EXPERIENCE
- I've worked as a web front-end developer for about 9 years and as a React developer for about 6 years.
- I've worked as a front-end developer in teams before, developed some Sass apps' front end by React.
MY SKILLS
- React, Redux, React Hooks.
- JavaScript, TypeScript
- HTML, CSS, HTML5, CSS3
- SCSS, SASS, LESS

My name is Don. I am an ex-startup founder and experienced product lead with proven track record in scaling an e-commerce marketplace startup to $100k+ monthly GMV in less than 12 months, and an e-learning platform to top 4 globally with 200k+ MAUs. With deep experience in Product Management, UX and Growth, I have led cross-functional, distributed teams in full product development lifecycle of technical software products, while scaling startups from ideation to growth stage.
I have been an active participant of crypto / web3 industry since early 2018, bought my very first NFT in 2019, and have been an NFT collector since. I strongly believe in a future where everyone has their own web3 identity, whilst NFTs become a meaningful way for creators to uniquely engage with and reward their fan base. Working at Forj is a wonderful opportunity for me to be at the forefront of such movement while working alongside colleagues who share the same passion.

ABOUT ME --
I am a Software Engineer with a Computer Science degree from the Universitat Politècnica de València. During my time there, I funded a blockchain voting startup, in that regard, I created an MVP translating state‑of‑the‑art cryptography papers to code. At the moment I am working in the Machine Learning field. I have been writing and maintaining production code for almost two years.
Some of the courses that I took are Cryptography, Computability and complexity, Automata and formal languages, Programming languages, technologies and paradigms and Discrete mathematics.
I am currently focusing on software quality (time and space complexity), software architecture (easily modifiable), good practices (code readability) and test-driven development (code reliability).
I would like to mention that I like to be continuously learning and perfecting the software engineering craft. That's why since I finished my higher studies I have not stopped reading and learning. One of the books that I enjoyed the most is Structure and Interpretation of Computer Programs. This book led me to do a functional programming journey, learning LISPs (scheme, Clojure) and more recently Haskell.
To conclude this section I would like to add that I turned the blockchain startup into a research project that recently concluded with the publication of a paper. You can find the paper here: https://informatica.vu.lt/journal/INFORMATICA/article/1213/text
In the paper, we propose a non-financially incentivized protocol for blockchain anonymous-voting.
WHY KLEROS? --
On a decentralized trust-less protocols disputes will arise for sure, and we can do nothing to avoid it. But, we can indeed work on how those disputes are going to be resolved. Do we want a centralized organization resolving them in the shadows? Or do we want an open-source decentralised protocol that leverages tokenomics and game theory to create a financially incentivized environment in which anyone can participate?
I think the answer is clear, and that's why I choose Kleros.
I'm a crypto enthusiast and following crypto space for 4 years.
My areas of expertise:
🟢 Crypto Project and Market Research
🟢 Community Management (Telegram, Discord, Twitter)
🟢 Project Collab and Influencer Outreach
🟢 Consultations on new crypto/blockchain based projects, exchanges
🟢 Crypto Trading (Spot and Leverage)
🟢 Engagement in (IDO,ICO, IGO & INO)
🟢 Participation in crypto startup project's Testnet , Airdrops and WL
🟢 Metaverse and DeFi
🟢 Minting NFTs from different blockchain marketplaces (Solana, Polygon, ETH, Tezos, etc..)
🟢 Crypto Wallet set-up and custom RPC
I'm willing to work for more hours when needed and I'm open to short-term and long-term project.
I don't settle anything less than excellence. My priority is to make sure that you are more than satisfied with my work.
Despite having less expected years of experience, working in multiple projects at a time grants me much more knowledge.
Managing at least 2 successful projects (Nekoverse and Bemil) in crypto space is my strongest ground.
I have relationship with the most famous KOLs in Vietnam and crypto KOLs in Philippines. I am expanding it also!
I’m super excited to fully switch to Blockchain industry, ready to learn and motivated to gain new experience. I’m aware that i have less than 3years of experience, yet, I’m willing to improve my knowledge and skills and achieve good results. For the past 4months I was working for UniqueVC as a Marketing Manager, with almost 0 experience in Blockchain, and yet, had a great feedback from their CBDO. I find myself as a loyal and dedicated asset to your company, who is willing to learn and hope that matching values are more important than experience I have right now.
Hi Jonny, ,
I am a great addition to your team because I have what it takes to bring a brand to the next level successfully. I've faced the ups and downs when it comes to starting things from zero, and I've learned plenty over the past six years in growth marketing, which I believe is essential to success in this role. Moreover, I am also a highly collaborative individual who is able and ready to work cross-functionally across different departments such as sales, marketing, and customer service.
My experience working with startups and building my own has taught me full-stack marketing skills such as content writing, business development, social media management, community management, paid ads, and email marketing. In addition, I graduated with a degree in Journalism, so crafting a fresh narrative and engaging content is one of my assured skill sets.
Additionally, I am finishing my master's program at the University of Sunderland - London in International Business Management, learning to manage and grow businesses in the international context through lean systems. I will conclude my program in October 2022.
Regarding generating traction, I have grown userbase from less than 300 to over 14k active users with limited resources and mainly through different growth engines that are organic. One of the most memorable user acquisition campaigns is a referral program I designed that brought in 3k active users in a month with an average CAC of $36. Entrepreneurial in spirit, I also started my own coworking space and became profitable with limited resources before eventually ceasing to operate due to COVID-19.
I am happy to provide a marketing plan that can give you an idea of the overarching marketing strategy, resources, and proposed activities that I could be doing at LinkPool. Let me know if you have any questions. I would be happy to answer.
Thank you!
Best regards,
Sten Ivan
I've been working for 18 months as Software Engineer: 5 months as full-stack developer and 13 months as a front-end engineer. I have extensive knowledge of React. Recently I've become interested in the world of blockchain, shortly I've become fascinated by web3 technologies and utilities that it provides for people in form of dapps: decentralized exchanges, yield farming protocols, NFT marketplaces, play-to-earn games, etc. For all the above reasons I've decided that I want to contribute to Web3 for it's the future. I strongly believe that my current skills and new skills that I am eager to learn, will bring positive impact on industry.

Dear team,
I have been telling stories for as long as I can remember. As a kid, I used to interview my friends and siblings in a fictional talk show, over and over again. I also spent a significant amount of time playing with Windows tutorials in the pre-internet times and building simples websites when speed dial connections became available in every household. In hindsight, those times laid the foundation of my current interests.
As years went by, the way I weave narratives became more refined and less fictional, however, not at the expense of my creativity. From producing events to working in a food photography studio to writing articles about culture to magazines worldwide, connecting a message to the people who need to hear them is at the heart of what I do. My professional experimentations made it clear that creating narratives that integrate the digital realm and the physical experience is not only the future but also where I excel.
Managing social channels of three different projects in parallel challenged me to create my own organizational systems in order to be able to manage the workload while delivering results consistently. It also gave me the chance to collaborate with diverse teams in executing each project’s vision to reach the relevant KPIs.
My experience as a communication specialist called for a deep immersion in the company’s mission as well as understanding the best way to communicate that to a community that didn’t exist prior to The Good Food Institute activities. It was very rewarding to see the effects of aligned communication in growing an organization, motivating its employees and opening doors in the market.
I see crypto in a similar moment, one that deeply needs to educate large crowds and form a community in order to be widely accepted and incorporated. I look forward to the opportunity to put my skills and passion to use and help propel the shift to Web 3.
Sincerely,
Brunni Corsato
curious mind, artistic soul, singer-songwriter, writer, actress, dancer, with strong business acumen. I find solutions and opportunities where others see none 🤓
👩🏼🏫 Graduated with a degree in microbiology, minor in business. only to realize I would've loved a degree in accounting if I could go back (the creative financial accounting part is what excites me)
🎶 signed my first record deal and got a #1 hit in the Middle East (gold certified), no4 in Japan, no 19 in Canada
🥴 deal went to 💩 after that because they started telling me to wear less clothes and sing about things I didnt feel comfortable singing about... if money is all they had that gave them power over my career, I would find a way
🏢 worked 10+ years as a commercial real estate agent, winning multiple performance awards. again I love finding solutions to finance and interpersonal problems (which are often entangled in any business deal) 🤓 all while working on my music
🎙 started my own record label, with my real estate 💸. at one point, I had 5 employees, and 6 interns, all remote. got really good at managing remote work, time zone differences and language/cultural barriers 🤓
💹 started trading crypto in 2020, fell in love with the space (and the bull run I started in, let's be honest) drawn in by the gains, stayed for the potential the tech offers. love everything about giving people back custody over their finances, identity, data.. I'm a big fan.
🦋was hired by Blu3 DAO to attend eth Denver and eth Rio with the mission to onboard more women into web3, loved it, made me realize I wanna do more biz dev, less record label management
🌸 launched my own music nft project and was the highest selling artist on the MadNFT, the biggest marketplace on Harmony (ONE)
💙 got a 10K grant from Harmony protocol for my idea of a concert and live mint and to introduce more 'normies' to nfts, I produced and performed a sold out show during nft la ✨
🐤 grew my weekly twitter spaces from 40 listeners to over 690 in 6 weeks :)
✨ was hired by my mentor and major crypto influencer, Armando Pantoja, to do biz dev for his crypto conference because he says my personality, skills and crypto knowledge are rare in the space (js 💁🏼♀️🤣)
My journey in life and crypto has made me realize I love people, I love listening and figuring out the help they need and who would be a good fit. im pretty freaking good at creating opportunities for everyone to win. add to that years of sales and negotiation experience… and apparently that’s called ‘business development’ so here I am :)
Also pretty solid at social media strategy and content strategy, community building since I do it for myself as an artist
So yeah would love to see how I can help your grow your community, ecosystem and/or project 🥰 lets talk :D
*looking for a part time opportunity because my life mission is for my music to reach millions and bring my moroccan culture to the international scene. I have a dream that little girls (like young me) who are torn between their traditional background and western upbringing, can one day, experience art that makes them feel heard and seen :)
also I'm confident that I can do more for your goals part-time than many can full time. js 💁🏼♀️
let’s grow together! ✨
I started my interest in stock market early in the days, when I was 15 as my cousin was a PM in Geneva and I used to visit him every summer for few weeks. The only topics you could and still only can talk with him about is the stock market, hedge funds, banks, asset management, etc. He showed me how to search for valuable companies, analyse charts, and in general how the finance world functions. He was giving me many books to read such as: “Once Up On Was Street”, or “A Random Walk Down Wall Street”, even though I didn’t understand much back then, I really enjoyed the concept of hedge funds, money management, and investments. In 2017, few years later, after gaining some understanding of technical and fundamental analysis, by reading books: “How To Make Money in Stocks”, “Intelligent Investor”, etc., watching courses, reading uncountable things about TA, indicators, balance sheets, income statements etc., and learning from my cousin started, I started first investments and tried trading for the first time. In 2019, with a group of friends from university in London we decided to have some kind of a “hedge fund” and were investing together (mainly Tech and Pharma sectors). Few best plays: TSLA, AAPL, BYND, PYPL, TTCF, LK, SHOP, PFE, REGN, BMY, NVDA, ZM, etc.
At the very end of 2019 I started my interest in digital assets, as I saw a change in trend and many investors/institutions interest in the area. Since then I spend almost three years full time investing, trading, researching and studying the space of crypto. I managed to generate high returns of hundreds of percent investing and trading, increased small account by 36x within one year period, and build many strong long term positions by DCA-ing. I have been advising and teaching others how to trade and invest as well as helped and managed their portfolios (both stock and crypto). I introduced the world of stock market and cryptocurrencies to many people and helped them start their journeys with investments. Some of them are just long term investors, while others became more active traders/investors. I have been also deeply researching and actively investing in all areas of crypto such as: NFTs, Metaverse, gaming, Farming, Staking, etc. Whole past three years I fully dedicated to perfect my skills in fundamental analysis, technical analysis, trading, and teaching others about the world of crypto and investments. Although investing and trading cryptocurrencies are different than stock market (no product in particular, no financials, balance sheets, income statements, different volatility, less history to analyse, etc.) as many people say candle is still the same. However, what I observed coming from traditional markets with quite good knowledge and experience in the market, few good years of analysing and researching, many years of Economics (IB high level, A levels as main subject), there are many people new to crypto with no previous knowledge and experience. I see all over crypto social media (mainly twitter and youtube being two most popular) uncountable people giving absurd price targets, not taking simple supply and demand into consideration. In my humble opinion having a knowledge about economics and traditional markets helps vastly to analyse and understand crypto world. Over the past year I met many traders, investors, influencers, etc., and see very little knowledge about simple financial concepts, economics, and even inability to analyse fundamental events in a correct way. I think this is my big advantage and valuable expertise I could bring to the team, and might potentially set me apart from other candidates. Many people see crypto (as it is also portrayed) as a get rich quick method or a scam. This is due to the lack of previously mentioned knowledge, one of my goals is to show people the possibility of investing in such cutting edge technology, as well as high risk, knowledge, experience, risk management, and understanding our psychological state and its boundaries it requires.
Last year I started very promising NFT project with a group of famous actors in Poland, to which I dedicated 3 months of research and work. I managed to organise investors, artists, venues, marketing/PR agencies, and mainly I was the creator and initiator of the whole idea. However, due to crypto volatility and low risk tolerance of others we had to quit before official launch. I also spent big portion of time researching and investing in crypto gaming and metaverse as I see this being the most prominent area in crypto, as well as one of the biggest industries in the coming future (AXS, ENJ, SAND, VRA, UOS, DERC, ATLAS, NTVRK, WILD, PYR, SFUD, RMRK, just to name a few). Business of gaming has always been on the forefront of technology, but during the pandemic and with the evolution off play to earn games, as well as the utility of NFTs and whole concepts of Metaverse, VR, etc. becoming more familiar to masses I foresee it being one of the most prominent investments of the coming decade.
At the beginning of 2022 I started working as an advisor for Kronos Research/WOO Network building a team of traders in Poland (Kronos Trading Global), helping with marketing, recruitment and trading. However, this episode didn’t end up well as after sharing all my knowledge, experience, and expertise without signing a contract beforehand (it was a form of a startup) I was told goodbye without a pay or anything whatsoever. As I am a very open and easy going person completely fascinated and crazy about crypto living and breathing it 24/7, (literally) I love helping others build their careers/portfolios/businesses and share all my expertise with them is a pure pleasure, however, not everyone can value and appreciate.
Over the past years outside crypto I also used to work with VC companies and startups as an outside advisor, mainly helping to prepare startups for VC presentations/applications and finding suitable investors for them, as well as searching for interesting startups for VCs. I have always been passionate about both paths in financial world: hedge funds (analysing, researching and investing in companies already in there market), and venture capital (early stage companies looking for their place in the game), which can be both simplified as asset management. I especially enjoy researching potential investments and finding value in them, either team, unique product, technological solution, good business structure, utility, etc. During those projects I worked with many interesting people passionate about technologies and innovation, as well as very knowledgeable and experienced investors.
Even though I don’t have fully professional work experience in crypto,(never been a fan of corporate world, even though had an opportunity to pursue such career) I certainly have very good insight and understanding of its ins and outs, trading, investing, managing portfolios, educating others and doing very in depth research of all types of projects. I am also a very fast learner extremely passionate about crypto (as I fully dedicated my life to it as you can see) always wanting to learn more from better specialists and work along them gaining feedback and becoming better and better at what I do. As I have a degree in Business Psychology, this definitely helps me a lot to understand human behaviour, change of trends/interests, investing styles, shareholder/investors needs and wants, stress and risk management, communication, group work on projects, and supporting others in such volatile and unpredictable market, etc. As I have learned and observed over the years one of the very key things in investments/trading/asset management which are not considered enough significant, are the psychological aspects and the understanding of them. Over the years I see this becoming more popular topic (in books, courses, even youtube videos), however, there is still not enough understanding, as I see by people I teach or even professional investors, stress, risk management, and weak decision making is a crucial problem. Those are in my opinion the main sets of skills and expertise, which I could also bring to the table. I guess every hedge fund needs its Wendy Rhodes :)
Another thing is that I have been making very broad research and have superior in depth understanding of social aspects of crypto world/community. Before I started my career in stock market I used to work in a creative/marketing agency, which was back then my bigger interest. This gives me some understanding about PR, media, and advertising (also highly correlated with psychology). In the crypto space I spend uncountable hours analysing and researching platforms like: Instagram, Twitter, Youtube, Reddit, TikTok, Discords, and all the other places playing a key role in the industry as well as discussing it with other enthusiasts. As crypto is the new technology (adoption often times compared to the internet, as well as the innovation/transformation in finance, banking, monetary systems, gaming, and art world to name a few) an understanding of business, economics, marketing, and psychology is the best combination to move swiftly and with an ease in the space. I see myself having a very reliable expertise and experience to pursue a role in the crypto hedge fund helping on all fronts: trading, asset management, marketing and business development aspects, investors relations, and educational aspects.
