Senior Legal & Corporate Structuring Consultant

About OxaPay:

OxaPay is a rapidly growing global cryptocurrency payment gateway serving merchants around the world. As we enter our next growth phase, we are establishing a robust and scalable international corporate framework and seeking an expert consultant to design and lead the structure.

What You Will Do:

• Assess and recommend appropriate jurisdictions for each corporate layer of our global operations.
• Design a multi-entity structure that supports scaling and risk mitigation.
• Advise on governance frameworks, compliance boundaries and operational separation.
• Coordinate with external corporate service providers and formation agents.
• Help prepare or review internal documentation aligned with international standards.
• Ensure the final architecture is practical, scalable and aligned with applicable laws.

What We Are Looking For:

• 4+ years’ experience in legal, regulatory or corporate-structuring roles within Web3 / crypto / fintech.
• Demonstrated experience in cross-jurisdiction entity setup.
• Strong analytical, documentation and independent delivery skills.
• Comfortable working remotely in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with crypto payment gateways, exchanges or fintech companies.
• Familiarity with offshore and onshore service providers and corporate-service networks.
• Understanding of governance in Web3 or digital-asset companies.

Compensation:

$5,000 – $10,000 per project (depending on experience and scope).
