Learn about BAP Program HEREWho may applyCurrent university students and recent graduatesWe are looking for a motivated individual to join the ANZ Marketing team, focusing on affiliate, referral and growth marketing opportunities. The ideal candidate is a crypto enthusiast, Binance user, and junior growth marketer eager to deepen their skills in digital marketing within a fast-paced Web3 environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with content creation and management of blogs, announcements, and educational materials;
• Support internal communication initiatives, particularly within lifecycle marketing campaigns (emails, push notifications, in-app messages);
• Lead outreach to Affiliates, YouTubers, Influencers and KOLs to build relationships, secure partnerships, and drive new user growth;
• Lead other referral initiatives for current users;
• Assist with community growth;
• Assist with MKT Campaigns executions;
• Participate in growth experiments and help analyse performance metrics; 
• Collaborate closely with the wider marketing team on recurring tasks and campaign execution.

Requirements:

• Interest in crypto/blockchain (previous experience in Web3 or tech marketing is a plus); 
• Is a current Binance user (download our app and register an account now, still counts!)
• Basic understanding of Affiliate marketing Basic understanding of BD and sales process;
• Ideas for how to grow the Binance user base with affiliate marketing, referral marketing and other strategies for growth;
• Strong written and verbal communication skills;
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail; 
• Fluency in English is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders. Additional languages would be an advantage
• Based in Australia or New Zealand;
• Self-motivated, eager to learn, and a proactive team player.
