You will join a remarkable team of software developers, product owners, and UX/UI designers who are passionate about building a modern workforce platform. This job is remote and you can work from most parts of the world

What You'll Need

• Strong technical ability in Next.js, TypeScript, React, Node.js, and Tailwind.

• Solid understanding of SQL and databases

• Expertise in developing efficient, scalable software solutions in a product setting

• Delivery experience with iterative software development and/or lean product development

Nice to haves

• Experience working with AI applications and frameworks such as large language models (LLMs), LangChain, and TensorFlow.

Day-to-day

• Work with internal teams choosing technology, deploying a solution to production, or leading and participating in day-to-day activities via our agile sprints, daily standups, sprint planning, grooming, and retros

• Collaborate with the UX/UI designer and the product manager to ensure that project plans, stories, and estimates are accurate and prioritized properly.
