DevOps Lead

We are looking for an experienced DevOps Lead to help design, build and maintain the CI/CD solutions for dedicated/ hybrid cloud environments. The DevOps Lead will lead an elite team of DevOps engineers and work with software developers as well other production IT staff to oversee the whole development cycle.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineers to streamline the whole development process and cycle

• Develop and maintain design and troubleshooting documentation

• Design, lead and deliver DevOps best practices

• Design, develop, configure, administrate, and maintain CI (Continuous Integration) and CD (Continuous Delivery) tools/utilities for monolithic/modular systems (development, staging, production)

• Troubleshoot production and work with the development team to streamline code deployment.

• Analyze Code and communicate detailed assessments to the developer team to ensure improvement in applications and timely completion of projects.

• Collaborate with team members to improve technical tools, systems and processes, and data security.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer or similar software engineering role with 2+ years of experience in a Lead role

• Professional Experience in designing and enabling continuous delivery pipelines

• Ability to explore and evaluate new solutions to solve problems

• Excellent communication (spoken and written) and interpersonal skills in both Vietnamese and English.

• Good knowledge and experience of computer networking;

• Good knowledge of programming languages (shell/python/golang)

• Experienced working with databases and SQL

• Experienced with Cloud base systems (AWS / Azure / GCP);

• Experienced with infrastructure and application monitoring

• Experience in designing systems with high availability and failover in mind

• Hands on experience in developing infrastructure as code

• Strong knowledge of Docker/container technologies;

• Strong knowledge of performance, security, load balancing, and system troubleshooting

• Able to work independently and in a team

• Accountable, discipline, proactive and self-motivated
