Technical Writer

Responsibilities:

•   Work closely with subject matter experts to understand technical concepts and gather information necessary for documentation.
•   Conduct independent research to enhance understanding of complex technologies and processes.
•   Develop clear and concise technical documents, including user manuals, installation guides, API documentation, and release notes.
•   Organize and present information in a format that is easily understandable for the target audience.
•   Collaborate with cross-functional teams to obtain insights and feedback on technical content.
•   Keep documentation up to date with product updates and changes.
•   Ensure that documentation reflects current industry standards and best practices.
•   Conduct reviews and edits to ensure accuracy, completeness, and clarity in all documentation.
•   Implement feedback from stakeholders to improve the overall quality of documentation.
•   Assist in creating support materials, such as FAQs and knowledge base articles, to help users troubleshoot common issues.
•   Work closely with software developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand and document new features and enhancements.
•   Ensure consistency in writing style, formatting, and terminology across all documentation.
•   Adhere to company documentation standards and guidelines.

Qualifications:

•   Bachelor's degree in English, Technical Communication, Computer Science, or a related field.
•   Experience in Web3 and blockchain.
•   Native English (or fluent) writer and speaker, with strong communication skills.
•   Proven experience as a Technical Writer or similar role.
•   Proficiency in documenting complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
•   Familiarity with documentation tools and technologies (e.g., Markdown, XML, documentation version control).
•   Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, agile development environment.
•   Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality documentation.
