Web3 Developer Marketing Jobs in Vietnam

Your Role

We are looking for a Community Manager to help grow and support the Galxe/Gravity community in Vietnam. This role is best suited for a driven, crypto-native professional who is deeply familiar with the dynamics of effective community building in the Vietnamese market. Your focus will be on creating a vibrant and resilient Vietnamese community while also supporting our global initiatives. You will be responsible for developing and growing our community across digital platforms and acting as a liaison between our global community and the Vietnamese market.

Cross-functional collaboration is an important part of this role. You will be expected to collaborate extensively with our team members who manage BD, partnerships, and ecosystem development. Additionally, successfully growing Galxe and Gravity's presence in Vietnam will require close coordination with our Global marketing team.

Your Responsibilities

Manage & Grow the Vietnamese Community

-Keep our Vietnamese community updated with Gravity ecosystem primary developments via Telegram, Discord, Twitter, and other social media platforms

-Engage with the community to help anyone get involved, connecting various contributors with projects and other opportunities

-Answer technical and non-technical user questions, help with troubleshooting Gravity/Galxe products

-Maintain relationships with Vietnamese crypto outlets and influencers (KOLs)

-Manage developer relations and help create a developer-friendly environment for builders on Gravity

Amplify Messages

-Work closely with our Marketing Team to drive meaningful awareness and quality engagement Lead translation of marketing documents, white papers, and other technical and non-technical content

-Develop educational content such as blog posts, guides, videos, etc.

-Organize and Participate in Events

-Lead the content creation, community events, and marketing campaigns for the Vietnamese community

-Build, maintain, and operate a calendar of content, events, and activities

-Support online and in-person hackathons, meetups, webinars, and conferences

Gather Feedback and Provide Support

-Define objectives and key results to be used in weekly reports

-Track performance and make recommendations to improve structures and processes

-Work with ecosystem contributors to coordinate various initiatives

Qualifications

-Excellent communication skills (native Vietnamese and fluent English, proficiency in additional languages is a plus)

-2+ years of professional experience as a community manager or similar position

-2+ years moderating active Telegram, Discord, and other relevant platforms

-Strong sense of ownership, accountability, responsiveness, and a proactive mentality

-Relevant professional experience in social media, digital marketing, or analytics

-Detail-oriented with high problem-solving, time-management, and organizational skills

Desirable Knowledge:

-Deep enthusiasm, knowledge, and familiarity with the blockchain/crypto industry

-Strong networking and relationship-building skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with developers, community members, and ecosystem partner

-Stay informed on industry trends, emerging technologies, and developer relations best practices to improve our approach continuously

-Monitor and interact with communities across major social channels, such as Telegram, Twitter, Discord, YouTube, and more
