Web3 Developer Solidity Jobs in Singapore, APAC

Our Mission

Our mission is to bring web3 to a billion people, by providing builders with the tools they need to build exceptional onchain products. Alchemy is the only complete developer platform that offers the powerful APIs, SDKs, and tools necessary to build and scale onchain apps and rollups.

Our infrastructure powers 70% of the top web3 teams, 90%+ of web2 companies building in web3 and 100+ million end users. Our customers include top web3 brands like Polymarket, OpenSea, Circle, WorldCoin, as well as major global brands like Shopify and Adobe.

The Alchemy team draws from decades of deep expertise in massively scalable infrastructure, AI, and blockchain from leadership roles at leading companies and universities like Google, Microsoft, Facebook, Stanford, and MIT.

We're backed by the world's leading VCs and institutions, including: Lightspeed, Silver Lake, a16z, Coatue, Pantera, Addition, Stanford University, Coinbase, and Charles Schwab, among others.

The Role

The Customer Product Engineer is the voice of the customer and the heartbeat of Alchemy’s developer community. You’ll be the first technical touchpoint for developers building in Web3, embedded in key community channels like Discord, Telegram, and other developer forums. This role is a blend of technical support, product influence, and community engagement. You’ll help developers debug code, navigate our APIs, and troubleshoot RPC issues — all while capturing insights that shape the future of our platform. You’ll partner closely with Product and Engineering to make sure the developer voice is represented in everything we do. This is the perfect role for someone technical who wants to go deep on blockchain infra, build strong relationships with builders, and influence the product roadmap from the ground up.

What You’ll Do:

• Write code while working directly with customers to unblock, support, and delight them
• Translate real user pain into insights that shape what we build next
• Surface product gaps, track adoption, and influence the roadmap through data and intuition
• Onboard and engage new users, helping them ship and guiding them toward activation.
• Act as the voice of the customer—internally and externally—building trust with technical teams and business leaders alike
• Partner across Product and Engineering to shape long-term solutions, not just short-term fixes
• Thrive in ambiguity, move fast, and help us scale what’s working
• Turn great support into growth by driving customer referrals

 What We’re Looking For:

• 1+ years of experience in developer, customer engineering, or technical support roles
• Technical background — Computer Science degree, bootcamp, or self-taught with real-world projects
• Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g. JavaScript, Python, Solidity)
• Comfortable debugging API requests, dev environments, and blockchain-related tools
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills — especially in online community settings
• Strong prioritization, time management, and attention to detail
• Experience working in crypto / Web3, or built a relevant side project a plus
• Founder experience is a plus
