Come and join us as we pioneer in this space!A bit about the role:Due to exciting growth, we are hiring a Business Development Manager to take full relationship accountability for strategic gaming accounts based in the Americas region. You will work to maximise minting volume into Immutable by successfully securing partnerships with strategic gaming customers to use our Web3 gaming platform and service. As a Business Development Manager, you will lead the end-to-end sales process, including account strategy, deal negotiations, legal agreements, relationship development, technical scoping, and evangelising key products, platforms and service offerings. In this role, you will work closely with internal teams across GTM, Legal, Sales Engineering, Game Studio, Acceleration, and Partner Success.
You will have the opportunity to:
- Partner with the Business Development Leaders in driving the early stages of the sales cycle and help with new customer acquisition. The goal is for the Business Development Manager to expand upon ownership of the sales process.
- Be measured on growing the number of qualified leads in the Business Development team’s pipeline.
- Work across traditional “web2” channels (e.g. cold calling, email, LinkedIn) and “web3” channels (e.g. Discord, Telegram, Twitter, etc) to reach prospects.
- Qualify inbound lead flow from the website, investor network, partners and customers, etc.
- Understand and identify trends and opportunities in the web3 gaming landscape.
We would love you to have:
- 5+ years of client-facing experience in a fast-paced technology company working with gaming clients.
- A deep interest in crypto, web3, gaming, DeFi, digital assets, etc.
- Exceptional operational and communication abilities.
- Comfortable working in a high-change startup environment. 0-1 operator. An entrepreneurial spirit is highly preferred.
- A hunger to succeed and the unteachable drive and commitment to excellence.
