Come and join us as we pioneer in this space! 🚀About The Role 🤔We are now hiring for an Ecosystem Partnerships Lead to be at the forefront of Immutable’s Web 3 partner program. In this role, you’ll lead the charge to identify, drive, and onboard dApps, builders, and partners onto the Immutable ecosystem. You’ll shape Immutable’s growth trajectory by sourcing, screening, and securing scalable relationships with trusted partners across a range of web3 projects and web2 competencies and perform high-capacity outreach to prospective partners, maintaining and closing a pipeline of key ecosystem partners worldwide.
You’ll Be Empowered To 🎮
- Develop and manage a partner pipeline across web3 gaming; source, screen, and secure meaningful partnerships in prioritized ecosystem categories and geographies
- Conduct research across Web3 gaming to identify suitable projects to build in the Immutable ecosystem
- Conduct competitive analysis and continuous research on Immutable’s market and ecosystem relative to peer set
- Collaborate closely with GTM leadership, marketing, product, and partner success to successfully execute your business development strategies
- Contribute to Immutable's GTM market entry strategy by forging local partnerships that evidence Immutable’s presence and power in each market
We'd Love You To Bring 🤝
- 4+ years relevant work experience sourcing deals, driving pipeline to closure (either sales or ecosystem roles)
- Deep web3 understanding
- A driver, do-er, and self-starter attitude. You won’t get bogged down by independently sourcing and evaluating [#] leads per day
- A deep interest in building and launching an ecosystem partner program
- High tolerance for ambiguity/entrepreneurial spirit
Bonus Points For ✅
- Blue-chip sales process training & experience (SaaS)
- Existing network in GameFi or web3 gaming, or experience building games
- Active (or able to be active) in at least one key AP market, in either web3 or gaming (ideally both), with at least one language beyond English
