About the Galaxy Summer Internship Program:

The Galaxy HK Summer Internship Program is an immersive and exciting, nine-week experience taking place on-site in our Hong Kong office. During the nine weeks, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on, practical work experience on our global Sales and Trading teams. In addition to learning on the job, Galaxy interns participate in professional development programming, fun social events, and networking opportunities with senior leaders.

Program Dates: Summer 2025 (June 23rd – August 22nd)

What You’ll Do:

Design, develop, and maintain scalable and reliable back-end systems to support Galaxy’s diverse business lines (e.g. Custody, Defi, Trading etc).
Collaborate with globally distributed cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
Optimize and improve existing systems for performance, scalability, and reliability.

What We’re Looking For:

Proficiency in Java, Python and/or other languages used for back-end development.
Experience with database technologies such as SQL, NoSQL, and ORM frameworks.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Interest in Cryptocurrency and building the future.
Fluency in English.

Eligibility Requirements:

Undergraduate or master’s students graduating between December 2025 and June 2026
Eligible master’s students must have fewer than two years of relevant, full-time work experience
Students enrolled in PhD, MBA, or JD programs are not eligible to apply.
