We’re looking for a highly capable AI Engineer to join our Data and Engineering team at SuperIntent. In this role, you’ll help build intelligent systems that analyze onchain and behavioral data to deliver personalized DeFi investment strategies. If you’re passionate about AI, financial innovation, and the future of intent-driven investing, we’d love to meet you.

* This is a remote position, open only to candidates located within the UTC+8 ±2 time zones.

Responsibilities:

• Design and maintain data pipelines to collect, clean, and preprocess cross-chain blockchain data, user behavior logs, and market signals
• Develop and deploy AI/ML models that generate personalized DeFi investment strategies
• Collaborate with product and investment teams to integrate models into production-ready applications
• Monitor, evaluate, and optimize model performance through feedback loops, backtesting simulations, and live metrics
• Contribute to the multi-agent AI architecture by defining interfaces and workflows between specialized AI modules

Qualification:

• Advanced degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field
• Strong technical background at least 3+ years of hands-on experience in machine learning or data-driven systems; experience with DeFi or trading systems is a strong plus
• Proficiency in Python and experience with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch
• Strong foundation in statistics, linear algebra, and data modeling fundamentals
• Ability to translate complex models into user-facing features and actionable investment strategies
• Fluent in English

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with DeFi mechanics and onchain data structures
• Experience with Solidity or smart contract data analysis
• Demonstrated interest in decentralized AI and Web3 (e.g., open-source projects, research, community involvement)
• Experience working with DeFi APIs such as The Graph, Dune, or Covalent
• Familiarity with portfolio optimization or reinforcement learning techniques
• Experience building real-time or streaming data pipelines
