Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and execute Angel activities, such as Angel monthly calls, online team buildings, webinars, and workshops
- Propose improvement plans on the Angel Program and related processes.Â
- Grow the Angel community by helping with new Angel hiring
- Increase brand awareness of the Binance Angel Program in fun, creative, and informative ways
- Support Angel escalations and provide community feedback to internal teams
- Maintain the Angel database and Angel Program related resources
- Manage Angel Program administration, including but not limited to reimbursements, swag distributions, and travel booking
- Explore ways to better engage with the Angels and make sure that their questions and needs are properly addressed
Requirements:
- Proven experience in managing volunteer programs and/or community programs (ideally a crypto community program)
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Project management and administration experience is advantageous
- Have a solid understanding of the Binance ecosystem and the general crypto market
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Native-level or fluent English
- International background and the ability to speak other languages are advantageous
