From clothing to camping gear, boots to barware– our mission is to help customers cut through the clutter, and find goods and guidance that spark their curiosity and fuel a fun, interesting, adventurous lifestyle

We get excited about polished and intuitive web design. To get there, we’regrowing our Product team to re-envision our e-commerce platform and we’relooking for a Senior Product Designer to help us get there.

What you'll need

• Has 6-8+ years experience in B2C or D2C product/UX/UI design

• Has a refined aesthetic that considers usability, simplicity, and consistency

• Takes ownership of designs from research/strategy through tolaunch

• Works with autonomy, designing based on high-level direction (at timeswith limited requirements).

• Can deliver well-documented, high-fidelity visuals that accurately represent BP’s brand and evolving design system

• Wants to work in a fast-paced environment as a key contributor

• Has experience designing for mobile-first platforms, with an understandingof best practices and technical limitations

• Is an effective communicator and can manage cross-functionalexpectations and priorities

• Possesses a strong command of Figma

• Has experience with user research (surveys, interviews, usability testing)

• Pays close attention to detail

• Has a thoughtful design perspective and gets excited about creativeproblem-solving

Day-to-day

You’ll be working directly with our Founders, Director of Product Design, ProductManagers, and engineering team daily. This is a fast-paced, exciting rolewhere you’ll coalesce our brand aesthetic, user journey, and business strategy.

• Translate concepts into wireframes, user flows, designs, and specifications tohand off to our engineering team

• Leverage your designs as a tool to facilitate conversation amongststakeholders

• Collaborate with our engineering team to implement and QA your designs

• Advocate for a scalable design system and effective design documentation

• Conduct user feedback interviews and share key insights with your team

• Maintain New York (EST) working hours
