Responsibilities

• Automate data collection and aggregation processes to build reporting dashboards
• Use quantitative analysis and the presentation of data to see beyond the numbers and understand risk events and loss exposure, providing insights to help rule strategy adjustments
• Conduct case investigations to categorize different risk event typologies, summarize the patterns/features of fraud behaviors and profiles
• Tracing and handling reported cases (e.g. disputes/chargebacks) within SLA

Requirements

• Strong investigation and Data analysis skills
• Good experience with Python/SQL
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Highly self motivated and team collaboration
• Fluency in written and verbal English
• At least 3.5 working days per week
