Responsibilities:

• Marketing generalist with strong organizational and project management skills to support the regional marketing team across multiple functions focusing on 3 main areas:
•  1 - Local marketing activations & events;
• 2 - Binance Education & Community Program;
• 3 - Project management ;
• Support the Educational Agenda in Latam. Identify and set up close partnerships with the regional Communities, Universities, Blockchains associations, Institutions, KOLs, and other Web2 and Web3 audiences and drive planning and execution;
• Support Local Community Program: Set up close partnerships with Communities across the region;
• Grow and manage local user focused online and offline Binance communities;
• Organize online and offline events and meet-ups in your region;
• Administrative support for the team (calendarization, invoicing, back office support);
• Assist the local marketing team with event execution across Latam, such as planning and calendarization, processes and execution.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree or above, prefer major in Marketing;Exposure to digital marketing planning and execution work experience, preferably in crypto exchanges/fintech/eCommerce/tech/gaming, B2C facing;
• Experience in community management and events is preferred;
• Past marketing/growth roles at Spanish virtual asset exchange is strongly preferred;
• Keen on crypto, blockchain technology, and the Binance ecosystem;
• Extremely organized, able to manage time effectively, and comfortable working across time zones and multiple projects; 
• Fluency in English is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders. Additional languages would be an advantage (Spanish); 
• Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and many moving parts at once.
