Responsibilities

• Operate existing fan token features and utilities to ensure business continuity, increased adoption of crypto and awareness of fan token
• Assist in the planning and execution of campaigns to drive user growth funnel from acquisition, retention and conversions
• Analyze data results in order to generate insights and recommendations for product optimization. Help to drive effective plans and campaigns to increase market share and contribute to the team’s overall KPI
• Collaborate closely with the product team, measuring, reporting and analysing market trends and performance of campaign into actional data-driven recommendation to improve future performance
• Engage in active cooperation with various teams across the organization, working collaboratively to continuously improve overall user experience by identifying and addressing points of friction, as well as introducing innovative solutions to provide an engaging and seamless journey for our customers

Requirements

• Currently studying a Bachelors/Masters/PhD degree in any related fields 
• An understanding of and a strong inclination towards the rapidly evolving crypto, blockchain, and technology industries, especially defi, NFT and inscriptions
• A strong interest in sports partnerships and sponsorships.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English
• Good knowledge of Binance’s product suite
• Ability to work independently with a good learning attitude and demonstrate strong initiative
• Remote and start up experience is a plus
