Responsibilities

• Extract and consolidate HR data from systems
• Clean and validate datasets to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Draft reports to highlight trends and recommend improvements
• Partner with HRBPs address data-driven questions

Requirements

• Strong communication skills
• Detail-oriented, with solid Excel skills
• Self-driven, with some internship experience
• A strong educational background is preferred
• Data analysis skills are a plus
