Responsibilities
- Responsible for the research of product user experience and functionalities.
- Collect users feedbacks for payment products and give reasonable suggestions and improvements.
- Assist new users in resolving issues during the onboarding process.
- Assist product managers prepare product materials such as FAQ, Training materials, etc.Â
Requirements
- Familiar with payment products in the EU such as SEPA, Card payment, etc.Â
- Good sense and understanding of user experience.
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, excellent writing skills, as well as the ability of problem solving.
- Able to collaborate effectively across multiple business units.
- Ability to commit 5 days per week for a period of 6 months.
