We are looking for a Facility Manager to join the Operations Team. Things are moving and changing quickly at US Bitcoin, and we need someone who can marry chaos and structure with ease. This individual will be responsible for ensuring 24x7 continuous operation and security of a critical infrastructure to include all routine and preventive maintenance activities.

As a Facility Manager's you will maintain and oversee our company’s grounds, buildings and equipment to ensure that our workspace is safe and functional. Their duties include negotiating contracts with service providers, inspecting facilities to meet safety regulations and coordinating renovations and updates.

This position will be a great opportunity for the candidate in our rapidly expanding infrastructure in Toyah, TX. *You must be within a 2 HR commute from the site or willing to relocate.

Responsibilities include:

  • Ensure facility infrastructure capability and capacity meets the needs of production demands
  • Delegating cleaning and maintenance tasks to team members
  • Monitoring the safety and cleanliness of interior and exterior areas, such as offices, conference rooms, parking lots and outdoor recreation spaces
  • Lead, mentor and develop the employees on the team on a 24x7 operation
  • Performing routine maintenance on facilities and making repairs as needed
  • Scheduling routine inspections and emergency repairs with outside vendors
  • Ensuring proper security measures for the workplace, including collaborating with security system professionals
  • Maintaining day-to-day operations of facilities, such as delegating or completing maintenance orders
  • Creating reports on maintenance, repairs, safety and other occurrences for supervisors and other relevant staff
  • Preparing facilities for changing weather conditions
  • Collaborating with upper management on budgeting for facilities needs

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering or related technical degree
  • 5+ years of supervisory experience in a critical infrastructure environment (related military experience would be considered)
  • Comfortable directing a team of technicians and supporting them in a 24x7 operating environment
  • Experience with HVAC, plumbing, security, fire protection are required
  • Experience with IT infrastructure maintenance is desired, but can be acquired
