About the Position:
We are seeking a creative and strategic Brand Marketer to join our dynamic marketing team. Reporting to the Vice President of Marketing, you will play a key role in developing and executing brand marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness, enhance customer engagement, and foster brand loyalty. As a Brand Marketer, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure brand consistency and deliver impactful marketing campaigns. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our agency and our clients' brands.
Key Responsibilities:
- Brand Strategy and Positioning:
- Collaborate with the VP of Marketing and the creative team to define and refine brand strategies and positioning for our agency and our clients.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify key insights and opportunities for brand development and differentiation.
- Develop brand guidelines and ensure their consistent application across all marketing touchpoints.
- Marketing Campaigns and Collateral:
- Support the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and messaging.
- Contribute creative ideas and concepts for marketing materials, content, and assets that effectively communicate brand values and resonate with target audiences.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to create compelling marketing collateral, including digital content, print materials, videos, and presentations.
- Brand Partnerships and Sponsorships:
- Identify and evaluate strategic brand partnership opportunities to expand brand reach and target new audiences.
- Manage relationships with external partners, negotiate sponsorship agreements, and oversee the execution of collaborative marketing initiatives.
- Monitor partnership performance and provide recommendations for optimization and future collaborations.
- Content Creation and Storytelling:
- Create engaging and persuasive brand narratives that convey our agency's and our clients' unique value propositions.
- Develop and curate high-quality content for various channels, including websites, social media, blogs, and newsletters, to drive brand engagement and thought leadership.
- Collaborate with the content and design teams to ensure brand consistency and compelling storytelling across all content touchpoints.
- Brand Performance Tracking and Analysis:
- Utilize data and analytics to track brand performance metrics and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
- Monitor market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for brand growth and improvement.
- Generate regular reports and insights to inform strategic decision-making and drive continuous brand enhancement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field. Advanced degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in brand marketing, brand management, or a related role.
- Strong understanding of branding principles, marketing strategies, and campaign development.
- Exceptional creativity and storytelling abilities, with a passion for building impactful brands.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in digital marketing platforms, content management systems, and analytics tools.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Deep understanding of web3 technologies is a bonus
Minimum Experience:Â
- 5+ years of experience in a brand marketing role, preferably in an agency environment.
