You will join a remarkable team of software developers, product owners, and UX/UI designers who are passionate about building a modern workforce platform. This job is remote and you can work from most parts of the world
What You'll Need
Strong technical ability in Next.js, TypeScript, React, Node.js, and Tailwind.
Solid understanding of SQL and databases
Expertise in developing efficient, scalable software solutions in a product setting
Delivery experience with iterative software development and/or lean product development
Nice to haves
Experience working with AI applications and frameworks such as large language models (LLMs), LangChain, and TensorFlow.
Day-to-day
Work with internal teams choosing technology, deploying a solution to production, or leading and participating in day-to-day activities via our agile sprints, daily standups, sprint planning, grooming, and retros
Collaborate with the UX/UI designer and the product manager to ensure that project plans, stories, and estimates are accurate and prioritized properly.
