Business Analyst

Treehouse Labs is seeking a passionate, and driven Business Analyst that excels in organization, communication and strong project management skills. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing project teams as well as supporting C-Level executives in organizing and communicating at scale.

This is a pivotal role, acting as a bridge between technology, product, and business teams. You will play a crucial role in driving team efficiency and fostering a culture of excellence, contributing directly to building a scalable Portfolio Management System in the digital assets space.

We welcome applications from candidates who are either currently based in Singapore or Ho Chi Minh, or are willing to relocate to these locations.

Roles & Responsibilities

CTO Support & Organizational Communication

• Assist the CTO in organizing and scaling communications across the organization.

• Facilitate meetings, prepare agendas, and ensure follow-up on action items.

• Enhance information flow and business processes through analysis and integration of system architectures.

Business Analysis & Documentation

• Validate requirements with developers, ensuring solutions meet user needs and align acceptance criteria with stakeholders.

• Empower engineering teams to produce high-quality documentation, including User Requirement Specifications (URS), Software/System Requirement Specifications (SRS), and Feature Lists.

Communication & Coordination

• Effectively communicate project deliverables, timelines, and technical structures across technology, product, and business teams.

• Ensure clear, concise, and accurate documentation of systems, processes, and technical requirements.

Skills & Requirements

Project Management Proficiency

• Advanced proficiency in Jira and Confluence for effective project management.

• Proficient with Microsoft Suite and Google Suite.

• 2+ years of experience in project management, preferably within a technical environment.

Communication & Interpersonal Skills

• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English is required.

• Excellent listening and interpersonal skills.

• Adept in translating ambiguous problems into structured, organized steps.

Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills

• Ability to conduct research into systems issues and products as required.

• Strong analytical skills to propose business processes and information flow to enhance delivery

• Easily breakdown complex technical requirements and develop actionable steps for the development team

• Strong analytical aptitude to understand how the technical requirements fits into the overall product requirements
