We are seeking an English-speaking Derivatives BD Managers to expand our business in Europe and the US.
Responsibilities:
· Expand the Europe and the US market and looking for affiliates' cooperate opportunities, such as professional traders, community KOLs, and blockchain project parties.
· Familiarize yourself with different forms of channel cooperation in the industry and use various channels to find target partners.
· Build strong cooperative relationships with target traders and groups.
· Participate in market research and competitor analysis, provide relevant market information and constructive suggestions for marketing decisions, and give timely feedback on market development and marketing progress.
Requirements:
· At least 1 year of relevant exchange working experience(Bingx, Coinex, Bybit, Bitget), with experience in user preferred.
· Familiarity with cryptocurrency trading and derivative products.
· Strong resources about trading communities, professional traders, related kols.
· Good business literacy, good data analysis ability and strong business development awareness;
Compensation:
· Base salary + high trading commission
· Generous team task bonuses
