Business Developer / Sales Agent: Commission-Based - FREELANCE & REMOTE

Tasks: 

You will generate high-quality leads, follow-up with and support them until an official introduction is made;=> You can leverage your existing network to refer clients to us 

You should only apply if:

  • You have proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or other relevant role and also have a proven sales track record- possess adequate industry & market knowledge (cryptocurrency, trading, market making, CEXs etc.) to be able to make a case for a b2b trading software product in this space
  • Have an existing network of high-quality industry professionals such as: Token projects, Exchanges, Funds/VCs/Launchpads etc.

Mandatory Skills

  • Proficiency in English, fast response time online
  • Communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain rapport
  • Time management and planning skills,  problem-solving mindset

Bonus Points:

Affinity for Crypto, Financial Markets, Algorithmic/High Frequency TradingNetwork in Asian markets, proficiency in Mandarin

Experience in customer support, BSc/BA in business administration, sales or relevant field

Time commitment/Hrs per week:

Freelancers only (flexible, no minimum hours, remote)

Contract length:

6 months + option to extend the contract

Compensation:

Commission-based, i.e.based on lead quality i.e. commission rate: 5-20% of total sum per converted lead upon closing (crypto or fiat), Bonus: sum will increase with increased number of closed deals (basis for negotiation); first bonus increase after 3rd closed lead;

Language:

Fluency in English is mandatory (other languages - Chinese - might be useful when engaging in non-English speaking markets)
