Are you an experienced Business Developer with a passion for Web3 and blockchain technology? We're looking for a dynamic individual to join our team and help drive the growth of our launchpad and questing platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Acquisition: Attract crypto projects to our launchpad and questing platform.
  • Partnership Building: Establish and nurture long-term partnerships with projects.
  • Proposal & Negotiation: Prepare commercial proposals and lead negotiations.
  • Deal Conversion: Turn initial contacts into signed agreements.
  • Strategic Development: Develop and implement strategies to attract new projects.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 2-4 years in business development within Web3 or blockchain projects (candidates without Web3 experience will not be considered).
  • Industry Knowledge: Understanding of basic tokenomics concepts and token sale processes (FDV, IMC).
  • Negotiation Skills: Proven experience in closing partnership agreements and conducting negotiations.
  • Strategic Planning: Ability to develop strategies to attract projects aligned with the current market.

  • Compensation: Commission-based remuneration, earning a percentage from closed deals.
