Additionally, they will collaborate with other departments within our organization to develop and implement strategies that are aligned with our overall business objectives.

You will 🚀
- Attracting delegations, grants, and selling additional services to blockchain foundations
- Identifying key stakeholders and establishing relationships with them
- Achieving semi-annual financial goals in the designated area
- Building relationships with potential clients
- Conducting negotiations, presentations, and closing deals
- Selling staking in new networks to a limited number of investors in these networks
- Monitoring the daily output of two sales teams
- Ensuring quality control of work and compliance with the rules of working with clients
- Leading and implementing projects to improve the efficiency of the commercial department.
You have 🤓
- Proven track record of successful B2B sales of complex technology products at C-level (CTO, founder, CEO)
- Perfect spoken and written English at mother tongue level
- Deep understanding of the blockchain market and technology
- High degree of independent organization of work and discipline
- Ability to maintain a high pace of work
- Proven experience in managing a B2B sales team
- Proven experience in implementing commercial projects and initiatives
