Business Development Manager (BDM) – Investors

TPC [www.tpc.ventures] is an investment firm founded in 2020 in El Salvador, crypto-native by nature. We are now launching our new investment syndicate, following the community-first trend, to offer our opportunities to angel investors.

We are looking for a proactive and well-connected Business Development Manager (BDM) within the investment ecosystem, particularly in the angel investor and venture capital space. The primary goal will be to attract new investors to TPC’s new investment syndicate.

This is a fully remote position, and we value the ability to autonomously manage investor acquisition with complete freedom in executing your strategy. Speaking Spanish will be a plus.

Responsibilities:

Identify, contact, and attract investors interested in joining TPC’s investment syndicate.Develop and maintain relationships with potential investors.Educate investors about the syndicate model and the benefits of joining.Establish strategies to increase the number and quality of investors within the syndicate.Work independently to meet set objectives.

Requirements:

Knowledge of the angel investment ecosystem, venture capital, and investment syndicates.Extensive network of contacts in the sector.Exceptional networking and negotiation skills.Ability to work autonomously with a proactive approach to investor acquisition.Speaking Spanish is a plus (not a requirement).

Compensation:

Contract type negotiable.

Proposal: base salary plus commissions based on the capital invested by recruited investors.

Success Metrics:

Number of new investors brought into the syndicate.Capital raised.Quality of onboarded investors (investment capacity, experience, etc.).Investor engagement level (active participation in the syndicate, new investments made).
