Business Development Manager - Binance Pool

Responsibilities

• Vendor, Partner, and Supplier Relationship Management
• Strengthen and maintain strong relationships with key vendors, suppliers, and strategic partners to ensure smooth operations and long-term business growth.
• Identify and build partnerships that align with Binance Pool’s business objectives and growth strategy.
• Project Flow and Internal Procedures
• Streamline and optimize project workflows, ensuring that projects are executed on time and within scope.
• Coordinate with internal teams to follow up on procedures, track project statuses, and address any bottlenecks or delays.
• Project Ownership and Revenue Growth
• Take ownership of specific projects, including managing timelines, resources, and deliverables.
• Expand current project volumes and initiatives to drive revenue growth for Binance Pool.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing projects to maximize revenue potential.
• VIP Client Relationship Management
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with current VIP clients, ensuring their needs are met and that they receive the highest level of service.
• Work closely with clients to identify opportunities for increasing their mining hash rate and expanding their engagement with Binance Pool.
• Client Support and Inquiries
• Act as a key point of contact for VIP clients, assisting with inquiries and providing timely responses to client needs.
• Provide tailored support for VIP clients, ensuring their expectations are exceeded and their mining activities are optimized.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in business development, account management, or client relations, ideally within the cryptocurrency or blockchain industry.
• Strong understanding of the cryptocurrency mining industry and Binance Pool products and services.
• Proven experience in managing relationships with high-value clients (VIPs), partners, and vendors.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to track progress, mitigate risks, and ensure project success.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal.
• Proactive problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with mining hash rate and other technical aspects of the cryptocurrency mining ecosystem is a plus.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
