We are looking for an astute, analytical and proactive candidate to join us as a Business Operations & Strategy Associate / Lead. In this role, you will work directly with the founders of the company to help shape the overall strategy and direction of our product launch.
Roles and responsibilities
Lead and drive new business initiatives, including partnerships, new revenue models, new market entry and development, pricing and building / improving business organization
Conduct research, market sizing and competitor analysis to support evaluation and prioritization of new business opportunities
Develop key performance indicators with leadership for multiple Business Strategy and Operations initiatives, then produce automated reports to track results
Collaborate with cross functional partners to create alignment on strategy and operations at the intersection of Business Development, and Product Management teams
Contribute to the execution and enhancement of the Company’s internal and external strategy
Experience in financial modeling and accounting.Â
Requirement
Undergraduate Degree (minimum)
2-5 years of working experience
Prior experience in Strategy / Consulting roles
Full-time (40 hours per week)
Extremely strong written and oral communication skills, including native english proficiency
Meticulous and analytical thinker
Excellent Microsoft Excel Modeling skills, experience with APIs/VBA
Strong work ethics, detail oriented and a passion for excellence
