We are looking for a high-output, deeply crypto-native Business Development pro who can walk into the room, own it, and leave with a signed client. We don’t babysit. We don’t micromanage. We just expect you to be unreasonably good.
What you’ll do:
- Source and close new clients at a healthy pace (read: yesterday)
- Own the end-to-end BD process —from outreach to deal closure
- Tap into your network and use it like a weapon
- Represent FlamaTech across Twitter, Telegram, Discord, IRL events, and all places where the crypto undead roam
- Work closely with founders to shape our offering and positioning (but also, please don't wait for us to tell you what to do)
What you bring (aka requirements):
- Deep cryptonative experience — you’ve survived multiple market cycles and still have functioning dopamine receptors
- An extensive network in the crypto
- Extroverted energy — you like people, or at least you're great at pretending
- Self-sufficiency — zero hand-holding, zero excuses
- A track record of bringing in clients, preferably while blindfolded and under duress
This role is remote, fast-paced, and reputation-based. If you're in it for the LinkedIn title, this is not for you.
